    Arvind Swamy Agrees To Be Part Of Bhaskar The Rascal’s Tamil Remake

    Latest news includes that film director Siddique is coming with the Tamil remake of his 2015 Malayalam film Bhaskar The Rascal. Reports also say that actor Arvind Swamy has agreed to be part of the comedy film and he will play the role of Mollywood star Mammootty in the same. Nayanthara has played the female lead in the original and now search is on for a star that can easily fit into her shoes.

    A source close to the development has confirmed the presence of Swamy in the Tamil remake. It said, “It is true that Arvind Swamy has been finalised to reprise Mammootty’s role in the Tamil remake. Shooting of this untitled venture will commence in March 2017. Currently, the makers are looking for a suitable female lead to essay Nayanthara’s role in the Tamil version”.

    Arvind is currently busy in shooting for Sathuranga Vettai 2. He will start filming Bhaskar The Rascal only after wrapping up the same. The Thani Oruvan star is also awaiting the release of his two upcoming films Bogan and Dhruva. Both are the Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan.
