Atharvaa, Mani Ratnam To Work Together?

Actor Atharvaa may be close on signing his next project. If reports are to be believed, the Etti star will join hands with Mani Ratnam for the upcoming venture. It is said that Atharvaa has been approached for the lead role, while the script is being still worked upon.        

A source added, "Yes, Mani and Atharvaa have been meeting a couple of times for discussions. Though they haven't zeroed in on a script yet, Mani is keen on working with Atharvaa. We will have to wait until Mani wraps his project to announce about his film".

Presently, Mani is shooting for his Kaatru Veliyidai, in which leads are played by Karthi and Bollywood beauty Aditi Rao Hydari. On the other hand, Atharvaa is also working on Gemini Ganeshanum Suruli Raajanum and Imaikkaa Nodigal. It is interesting to know that Mani Ratnam has previously worked with Atharvaa’s father, Murali in the film Pagal Nilavu.
