Censor to scissor Komban on March 17

A Studio Green production, Komban - helmed by Kutti Puli director, M. Muthaiah -  will face the litmus test of the Censor Board on March 17 to score a ‘U’ certification.

Slated for  release on March 27, the film will feature Karthi, who has won Film Fare Award for best actor and Tamil Nadu State Film Award, and Lakshmi Menon in the lead roles. Edited by Praveen K. L. And R. Velraj as cinematographer, the Muthaiah project also has 'Super' Subbarayan, 'Kovai' Sarala, Karunas and Thambi Ramaiah in its cast. Komban’s music and background score have been composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar and Shreya Ghoshal has also crooned a melody.

The rustic action-packed trailer of the film received a good response. With a talented team and the hit song Karuppu Nerathazhagi, the odds for Komban being a hit at the box office are in its favour.
