Composer Yuvan Shankar Raja Announced His Second Film Under Banner YSR Films

Composer Yuvan Shankar Raja turned producer last year. His first project, under the banner YSR Films, is currently under production process in locales of London. Yuvan who has scored music for more than a 100 films roped in actress Nayanthara for his maiden movie titled Kolayuthir Kaalam which is helmed by Chakri Toleti, who also directed Billa 2.

Recently, the composer’s banner announced through their Twitter handle that they will be soon producing the second movie. “Yuvan has also finalised his second project and he will be teaming up with director Seenu Ramasamy for this venture. The composer has managed to sign on Vijay Sethupathi to play the lead role in this film. An official announcement regarding the same will soon be out,” revealed a source.

Rumours are that the banner’s second venture will be titled Maamanithan. Till now only Vijay Sethupathi has been finalised and the team is yet to finalise the rest of the cast and crew. The movie will start rolling sometime in July.
