Dhanush Completes 15 Years In Kollywood

On May 10, Dhanush completed 15 years in the Tamil industry. His first flick was 'Thulluvadho Ilamai' which was released on May 10, 2002. His career has been more than exuberant. Dhanush has proved himself as an actor, producer, lyricist, screenwriter, singer and filmmaker. He has also been honored with a national award.

On the occasion, Dhanush thanked his family for standing beside him through thick and thin. He also credited his success to the directors and producers he has worked with. The Velaiyilla Pattathari actor gave his thanks to the media and his fans as well. Among the announcements, the actor revealed that his upcoming flick ‘VIP 2’ will hit theatres on his birthday on July 28.

Dhanush has completed his 'Vada Chennai' schedule as well and will now be changing his look to clean shaven for his Hollywood project. The actor is also producing his father-in-law Rajinikanth’s next film under his Wunderbar Films banner. A great achievement indeed!

One of the producers of ‘VIP 2’ stated that he is joining hands with Dhanush for the film’s production which is a great coincidence as he first produced the original 1997 ‘VIP’. Dhanush then produced the 2014 ‘VIP’.
