Dhanush To Make Dream Debut In Hollywood

Dhanush has been a success in Kollywood and also made a great start to his Bollywood innings with ‘Raanjhanaa’. The actor is now all set to go international. He has bagged a major Hollywood project. He is one of the few Indian actors who have bagged the opportunity of working in a Hollywood film.

He will be seen in director Marjane Satrapi’s ‘The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir Who Got Trapped In An Ikea Cupboard’. The Anegan actor will be seen alongside Kill Bill actress Uma Thurman and San Andreas star Alexandra Daddario. He will play the role of an Indian magician rooted to a forgotten Indian colony of artists. He is sent on a secret mission to Paris by her mother.

Reportedly, the project will be shot in India, France, Italy and Morocco. The director explained why she chose Dhanush for the film. she said, As I was watching various Indian movies, Dhanush became the most obvious choice -his intelligence, his killer smile, his ability to enter fully into the skin of any character he played made me confident that he was the one".
