Dhanush To Make Hollywood Debut?

Already flexing his muscles with superb acting abilities, actor-producer Dhanush is currently working for his directorial debut Power Paandi. The Maryan star has now landed another epic proposal, Hollywood debut. Reports suggest that he will be playing the lead in The Extraordinary Journey Of A Fakir Who Got Trapped In An Ikea Cupboard.

"The project was supposed to start much earlier, but got postponed due to some reasons. Dhanush will join the sets of the film from January. In the interim, he will complete shooting for Power Paandi and also finish major portion of Vetrimaaran’s Vada Chennai”, said a source.

Uma Thurman will play Dhanush’s opposite lead female, where Alexandra Daddario in another important role. It is being inspired from a novel and to be steered by Iranian Marjane Satrapi. The project is likely to begin from next year.
