For The Fans Of Sammy, It’s Time For Sammy 2

Good news is heading for the fans of Tamil cinema as director Hari is coming up with the sequel of his earlier directorial Saamy. The flick was released in 2003 and is one of the most appreciated cop movies till today. Chiyaan Vikram had played the cop in Saamy.

The sequel will be produced by Shibu Thameens and is titled as Saamy 2. Another reason to get excited is that veteran actor Prabhu and comedian Soori are teaming up for the movie. The team will begin the shooting from September 24. Also, apart from some locations in south India some important sequences will be filmed in New Delhi and Nepal.

With the brilliant cast of Vikram, Trisha, Keerthy Suresh and Bobby Simhaa in the lead roles, the film may be a blockbuster as the previous one.  Composer Devi Sri Prasad will score the tunes while Kanal Kannan will be the stunt choreographer. Now, after 14 years of Saamy, it would be quiet interesting to see that how far the team of Saamy 2 justifies with the script.
