Good Story Of Yengamma Rani Made Ilaiyaraaja Compose Music For The Movie

Music composer Ilaiyaraaja who has scored music for Yengamma Rani talks about the reason for scoring music for the flick. "Today the film industry is going places. Whether it's going on the right path or not isn't clear to anyone. In today's cinema world, a simple story that has a punch of emotions is gradually disappearing,” the music director said in a press statement.

He further added, “If the film industry doesn't bring stories related to temple, cultural background to remind people of our past, it will become obsolete. Our ancestors did these in order to remind ourselves who we were. Cinema must have stories with good intentions carrying individuality. This film has its mark, so I was interested to compose music for it.”

He said that the mother is the only person in the world who is ready to do anything for her children. She is the one who makes all kinds of sacrifices to upbring her child. In Yengamma Rani, the mother does something for her daughters which no one else can do. He has composed a song about mother in the film.
