Is Karthik Raj The Next Big Star Of Kollywood?

We have seen several celebrities who have moved from television to big screen and made big. Few of the names from the list include Sivakarthikeyan, Ma Pa Ka Anand and Prajin. Now, we have another popular face attempting to make it big, Karthik Raj from like Kanaa Kaanum Kalangal.

Karthik talked about his maiden movie in a brief manner, “The movie is a horror-cum-thriller. I would say the screenplay is the highlight of the film. It is fast-paced and one cannot predict what is in store. My character is an interesting one. Facing the arc light was not an issue, but this medium is totally different and I have had to cross several hurdles to come to this level.”

The movie is being directed by Sai Sathyam and he has signed Malayalam actress Niranjana as lead female. The music for the movie will be given by Sashank Ravichandran and Geff Patterson from A.R.Rahman’s KM Music Conservatory.
