Kaali Venkat, Bala Saravanan Set To Star In College Life-based Flick

Recently, Kaali Venkat and Bala Saravanan shared a picture on social media in which they looked quite older than their actual age. When asked about the bizarre image, Kaali revealed that he and Bala have acquired the elderly look for an upcoming movie. The two were seen sharing the screen space in Usha Krishnan’s 'Raja Manthiri', which received mixed reviews from critics.

"This is for an untitled project directed by Shibi Chakravarti, who was an assistant of Atlee”, revealed Kaali, adding, “Though we have a full- fledged script, we are shooting only 20 minutes of the film. What we are shooting right now is like a demo shoot”.

Spilling the beans about the movie’s plot, Kaali stated, “The story is based on college life. It is the relationship between a student and his professor. I join the college as a professor, become the HOD and then the principal. Similarly, Bala joins as a student in that college and becomes a professor. The picture posted is of us, when I am the principal and he is a professor. We got a lot of positive review for the pictures because we have never looked this old for any role”.
