Kannadasan’s Grandson Debuts With Vaanarapadai

Veteran lyricist and poet Kannadasan’s grandson has decided to kickstart his acting career with Vaanarapadai. Muthaiah Kannadasan, is playing protagonist, where his daughter’s role will be portrayed by child model Avantika. The project is to be helmed by Jayaprakash, a former associate of Keyar.

“Small problems which arise between parents and children, when neglected initially, leads to a huge gap as they grow up. The movie deals with generation gap issues and emotional tussles between them. The story is set among families living in an apartment”, spilled Jayaprakash.

The director added that family audience will easily connect with the storyline of the flick. Interestingly, Jayaprakash has selected few kids personally who would be playing crucial characters in the movie. His previous work under Keyar includes superhit flick Naer Edhir.
