Karthi’s Next Will Be Called Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru

As Karthi shoots for his Kaatru Veliyidai, the star has signed up for Vinoth’s flick, where he will don the uniform. His last cop flick was a great success in Siruthai and his upcoming will be called Dheeran Adhigaram Ondru. The director is known for making thriller and many expect this to be another one.

One of the producers of the flick, SR Prabhu said, “It is not the regular police versus villain type story. The film is based on a real-life incident.” Talking about the interesting title, the filmmaker explained, “Dheeran is the name of Karthi’s character, and he is a straightforward police officer. He would go undercover at times for his investigations.”

On asked about what kind of look he would don for the character, SR said, “Karthi has already shed down several kilos for Mani sir’s Kaatru Veliyidai, and is looking trim and fit. He will maintain the same physique and will sport a normal moustache.” The flick is scheduled to go on floors from the first week of January, next year.
