Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli Will Play Police Officer In Rendaavadhu Aattam

Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli, who is best known for her versatility, has got another project titled Rendaavadhu Aattam. The film which will also star Sarath Kumar will show the actress playing a prominent role. Speaking about the film, the theatre artiste and former cricketer said, “When Prithivi narrated the script to me, I okayed it without any hesitation. It had a solid role for me.”

About the role, she says, “It is not the routine khaki-clad police role. I portray an investigating cop, who helps Sarath Kumar sir, who also plays a high-profile police officer. There’s scope for action sequences in the film.” The 33-year-old actress will not be seen romancing anyone in the movie.

Currently, the actress is gearing up for the release of her next Richie, which will star Nivin Pauly in the lead. Lakshmi will be seen playing a fisherwoman in the movie. She found the role challenging as she is a pure vegetarian and has never touched fish in her life.
