Vijay Sethupathi’s much awaited film ‘Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum’ hits the theatre screens today. The film will clash at the box office with Vimal’s ‘Mapla Singam’. However, the Sethupathi actor has edge over his counterpart as he delivered another decent film after ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’.

Mollywood actress Madonna Sebastian is making her entry into Kollywood with this flick. The actress shared her experience of working in a Tamil film. She said, "Personally, I enjoy being part of films where I'm not just a pretty face and have a solid role. I like to perform subtly, express using my eyes and smile. Though commercial cinema doesn't offer you scope to do such things, I can't say no to masala films".

The actress added that she admired her co-star from the film and really wanted to work with him. She said that the Orange Mittai actor taught him that it is important to match the potential and calibre of your co-star. The film is remake of hit South Korean film ‘My Dear Desperado’ and has been helmed by Nalan Kumarasamy.
