Mahabalipuram’s New Year song by Simbu

The action-thriller venture Mahabalipuram by director Don Sandy, is going to have its song release on New Year. Actor-singer Simbu has crooned a New Year song, a special track and the filmmaker has announced that it will be a New Year release, "It's a special New Year song, and therefore, we are releasing it this New Year. We thought some popular name attached with the song will add value and attract attention. This is precisely why we roped in Simbu to sing the song."

He further stated, "Since Simbu is also a great singer, we though it make sense to have him sing for us. The song has come out very well." The project produced by Vinayak, features Karna, Ramesh, Vinayak, Vetri, Karthi and Angana Vithika in the lead roles. The movie is inspired by reports in a newspaper and revolves around five youngsters. More updates on the same releasing next year, are yet to arrive.
