Mani Ratnam’s ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’ Starring Aditi Rao Hydari Winds Up Its First Schedule

Mani Ratnam was lately engaged in filming his upcoming romantic drama, titled, ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’. The movie stars Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead roles. The shooting of the first schedule of the flick was taking place in Ooty and according to a latest update, it has been successfully completed.

"On Sunday (July 24), the Ooty schedule was wrapped up. The team will take a short break and then head to Kashmir next. In Kashmir, the team plans to shoot a song and a few important scenes," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

Reportedly, Rukmini Vijayakumar has recently joined the cast for playing a significant role. The music for ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’ is being composed by the eminent musician, A. R. Rahman. Coming from Mani Ratnam’s squad, the flick is high on expectations of both the critics and the audience.
