Mani Ratnam's Kaatru Veliyyidai Poster Unvealed

With the first look poster being released today, Mani Ratnam’s next flick has also revealed several other details. The movie is given the name Kaatru Veliyyidai, to start off. Interestingly, this has been taken from the revolutionary poet’s Mahakavi Bharathiyar poem.

It will be a romantic flick, as the director recently gave another hit in the same genre with O Kadhal Kanmani starring Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen in lead. In the poster, the chief cast of Karthi and Aditi Rao Hyadari is seen together, closely with sparkling emotional connection between them. Karthi is in great form as he has three consecutive hits in his baggy and moreover he has also completed the shoot for upcoming flick Kaashmora as well.

The team of Isaipuyal A.R. Rahman and Kaviperarasu Vairamuthu have already started working on the songs and they even attracted with fans during a Periscope session recently. Editing work will be handled by Sreekar Prasad and art direction to be taken care Sharmishta Roy.
