Nayanthara To Play Anushka Sharma’s Role In Pari Remake?

Pari : Not a Fairytale is Anushka Sharma ’s third production venture for her company Clean Slate Films which released last month. The supernatural horror film is being helmed by newcomer Prosit Roy and starred Anushka in the lead role while Parambrata Chatterjee , Ritabhari Chakraborty, Rajat Kapoor and Mansi Multani in prominent roles.

The flick opened with a decent collection. However, Sharma’s performance was applauded. If reports are to be believed, the flick will be now remade in Tamil and Kollywood actress Nayanthara has been approached for the role.

Gossip mills are churning out rumours that a producer in Kollywood has bought Pari’s remake rights. If things work well, the actress will be seen in the remake of the horror flick. She has earlier also worked in horror flicks like Maya, Dora and Kaashmora. Anushka has earlier produced films like NH10 AND Phillauri.
