Pandiraj’s Next Project Titled Semma

National award-winning filmmaker Pandiraj is launching his former assistant Vallikanth as a director with Semma. The film has GV Prakash in the lead and is co-bankrolled by Pasanga Productions and P. Ravichandran. Newcomer Arthana will be seen playing a lead role. Also, a villain (Jana) will be introduced in this film.

Talking about the film, Pandiraj says, “The story is based on a real-life incident that took place at Vallikanth’s friend’s marriage. It is out-and-out comedy film and I am penning the dialogues. I am introducing a new girl, Arthana, from Kerala. Also, a new villain, Jana, is being launched.” The background score of the film has been crooned by GV Prakash.

Yogi Babu, Mansoor Ali Khan and Kovai Sarala form the supporting cast. However, the shooting of the film is in its final leg, only two songs are to be shot. Pandiraj takes pride in saying that every protégé of his is a filmmaker today.
