Real Cops in Trisha’s Chased Scene?

Looks like actress Trisha is surrounded by a lot of action! She has been in the news for her upcoming project Mohini, where she would be doing all the action sequences herself. Now, what has surfaced is the fact that she shot for a fast-paced chase scene in London, which required the presence of cops. And shooting this chase was not easy!

Director R Madhesh spoke to Times of India, explaining the difficulty in shooting the chase scene. “It wasn't easy to obtain permission to shoot the chase. We had to get Trisha's international driving licence endorsed by the licencing authority in London before we would start rolling. Local cops landed on the set on both the days we were shooting to inspect the vehicles and the precautions we'd taken. They were accompanied by an ambulance, doctors and nurses. They were quite surprised to find that Trisha was shooting the chase sequence herself and not using a body double."

Well, looks like the sets of Mohini are full of excitement and activity. We hope that the film is equally filled with adventure. Let’s hope for the best!
