Real Life Brothers Jk And Jayakanth To Play On-Screen Brothers In Thiruppathisami Kudumbam

Real life brothers JK and Jayakanth are making their Kollywood debut with Thiruppathisami Kudumbam. Like in real life, the actors will play brothers in the movie too. Arasu and Gambeeram fame director Suresh Shanmugam will be helming the film.

The flick will mark the debut of Aishwaryalakshmi, who will play the female lead. Actor Jayan will play the titular role. Baburaja has produced the film.

Talking about roping his both the sons in the film, Baburaja said, “I have worked in Supergood Films for 25 years and in Rajini sir’s recent movie Kabali as an executive producer. I also made a few films independently. When Suresh narrated this story to me, he said that he needed two young boys for the lead roles in the family drama. He also suggested that my sons would be apt for that. With one condition that nothing should be thrust into the script just because they are my sons, I accepted it.” He further stated that the film is a clean one and can be watched by entire family together. The flick has been given a ‘U’ Certificate.
