S. J. Surya Roped As Lead In Saroja’s Sequel?

Venkat Prabu has dedicated over two decades of his life to the film industry. This 40-year-old film-maker has delivered hits like ‘Chennai 600028’, ‘Saroja’, ‘Biriyani’ and many more. According to the grapevine, sequel of his blockbuster film ‘Saroja’ may well thrill the audience.

Rumours are doing the rounds that S. J. Surya has been casted as the male lead in ‘Saroja 2’. It is anticipated that Surya has give a halt to his directorial works and will possibly concentrate on his acting skills. The 48-year-old man was last seen in ‘Iraivi’, in a character named Arul. His acting was highly appreciated in this cinematic that released on June 6.

Reportedly, S. J. Surya has signed this much awaited flick, which is touted to be the sequel of ‘Saroja’. He is currently playing a villain of the Mahesh Babu and A. R. Murugadoss project and the lead in Selvaraghavan’s ‘Nenjam Marappathillai’. It is predicted that rest of the crew of ‘Saroja 2’ will also get finalised soon.
