Sarayu playing Jab We Met’s Kareena Kapoor in next film

Newcomer Sarayu has reportedly got a chance to step into Bollywood superstar Kareena Kapoor’s shoes so early in her career. The model-turned-actress informed that her role in VN Adithya's next film is very similar to Kareena’s much-loved character in her blockbuster filmJab We Met. "I'm playing a role that's similar to Kareena Kapoor's inJab We Met. And as soon as I complete the shooting of these movies, I am going to appear for my final examinations in Hyderabad," said Sarayu who is also doing B.Sc in computers.

The actress, who was discovered by Ravi Babu and also featured in his filmNuvvilahas many other good projects in her hand. “I have finished shooting forJagan Nirdoshi, which is due to release this month, andEnduko Nachav, a Telugu-Kannada film opposite Naga Shourya is still under production,” the actress said, adding “I am so happy to have bagged VN Adithya's film as his hit filmManasantha Nuvveis my all-time favourite."
