Shruti Haasan to work under Mani Ratnam’s direction in her next?

There’s a buzz that Shruti Haasan may team up with filmmaker Mani Ratnam for her next. It is being said that the maker has approached the actress to play the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu in his bilingual (Tamil-Telugu) flick. Reports say that Shruti has also liked her role in the film and is pretty excited about it.

The actress kept the things wrapped and said, “Working with Mani sir is a dream for anyone.” A source shared the info, “Shruti has been approached for almost five movies recently, and unless she signs the film and the project is officially announced, she doesn't talk about it. She is working on four films now, and details about her next project will be announced only at an appropriate time.”
