Soundararaja Plays Singer In Oru Kanavu Pola

Actor Soundararaja has turned singer for his forthcoming flick, Oru Kanavu Pola. The movie has Ramakrishnan playing lead along with the Jigarthanda actor, as the former predominantly got involved in filmmaking. The project is to be directed by Vijayshankar, who has tons of experience as a co-director.

Opening up on the film’s storyline, Soundararaja said, “The movie is about friendship and is an emotional drama. Director Vijayshankar who has worked in more than 50 films as a co-director wields the megaphone. He has given a psychological approach to the narration”.

Soundar will be playing an aspiring singer, and the filmmakers have found a new face, Amala, for the female lead role. Talking about Ramakrishnan’s character, he would portray the character of a lorry driver in OKP. In here, the story will take a turn after Amala once come in their life. Moreover, Malayalam actor-filmmaker Madhupal will play the key role in Oru Kanavu Pola too.
