Suriya To Join Hands With Sundar C

Aranmanai’s director Sundar C is gearing up for an epic historical drama as he recently wrapped up Muthina Kathirika. The flick is set to be based on the concept of Baahubali and Magadheera, and is set to be a trilingual movie, based in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu markets.

Now the news is that the team is considering Suriya to play the lead character in the film. "Discussions are on with Suriya, and we are sorting out the dates. We are also in talks with a top actress from Bollywood, but we haven't signed any of the actors”, revealed a source close to production house. However, it is widely speculated that the actress approached is none other than Deepika Padukone.

He added that the team has signed in technicians currently, Including Kamala Kannan who did VFX for Baahubali. Interestingly, Sundar C is still working on fine tuning the script. Therefore, fans may have to wait a little longer for the official announcement.
