Thalaivaa in trouble zone all over again

The Southern star Vijay’s Thalaivaa is facing many troubles regarding its release in Tamil Nadu and now one more obstacle has come up in its path. Earlier, the theatre owners had offered Minimum Guarantees (MG) for the movie which was expected to be released on August 9. But now they have decided to release the film on a profit sharing basis and not on MG criteria.

This decision by the big screen owners may give a huge financial blow to the producers of the flick. The delay in Thalaivaa’s release in Tamil Nadu has already resulted in selling of pirated DVD’s of the movie. The flick features Vijay, Amala Paul, Santhanam and Sathyaraj in the lead roles under the direction of A.L. Vijay.
