Thalaivar Rajinikanth Resumes Shooting for ‘2.0’

Every update about Superstar Rajinikanth becomes news in no time. It is discovered that the ‘Kabali’ actor has resumed the shooting for his mega budget flick ‘2.0’ from today. This film is the sequel to 2010 science fiction film ‘Enthiran’, which featured Sir Rajini and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead roles. The sequel is being helmed by the director of its prequel, S. Shankar.

Superstar shot for a duet song and fight sequences in the film’s September schedule before going to America in October. He returned home near Diwali and celebrated the festival with his family. Now, he is focusing on completing the shoot of his remaining portions.

The London based Lyca Productions is bankrolling this much looked-for project. A. R. Rahman is composing the music for the flick. Interestingly, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar will be playing the villain in this movie. The first look poster of this high-budget film is going to be released on November 20.
