Trisha Krishnan To Pair Up With Vijay Sethupathi?

Trisha Krishnan has successfully gained a fan base of her own with her cute looks and acting prowess. The actress has been signed up to play the female lead opposite Arvind Swami in Sathuranga Vettai 2. The forthcoming Tamil flick will be helmed by N.V. Nirmal Kumar of ‘Salim’ fame and bankrolled by Manobala. If recent media reports are to be trusted, Trisha might soon sign yet another project, which is touted to feature Vijay Sethupathi as the male lead.

The news about Trisha playing the role of a leading lady in the movie was confirmed by a source close to the team. The source was quoted as saying, “Trisha has been finalised as the female lead for the project. However, the actress is yet to sign on the agreement officially. Prem Kumar had narrated the script to Sethupathi months ago, and he was impressed with it”.

Touching upon Trisha’s role, the source continued, “Trisha's role will be a solid performance-oriented one. The rest of the cast and crew is yet to be finalised”. The movie will be directed by cinematographer Prem Kumar, who had earlier handled camera work for Vijay’s hit black comedy film ‘Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom’.
