‘Veeram’ Producers To Fund ‘Vijay 60’?

As Vijay’s 59^th film with director Atlee is nearing its completion, his fans are getting curious to know about his next venture. There has been a lot of confusion regarding the 60^th film of the Puli actor. Names of many directors have been linked with the project and it is still not clear that who will helm the film and who will produce the film.

Earlier it was reported that S.J. Surya will be directing Vijay’s next film, tentatively titled as ‘Vijay 60’ by the media and his fans, and A.M. Rathnam will be funding the venture. But now, reports suggest that the project will be bankrolled by Vijaya Productions. The production house earlier funded Ajith’s ‘Veeram’, which turned out to be a blockbuster.

It is still not clear that who will direct the flick. Reportedly, director Bharathan’s script has been finalised for the film, but it is not clear whether he will helm the project or not. He has earlier worked with Vijay in ‘Azhagiya Tamil Magan’.
