Veteran Lyricist Pulavar Pulamaipithan To Pen A Song For Vijay In ‘Theri’

The buzz of ‘Theri’ is skyrocketing among the fans as the audio release date approaches. Now, with veteran lyricist Pulavar Pulamaipithan joining the team, the makers have given one more reason for fans to cheer about. The music launch for the film has already been announced for March 20. 

The song for which Pulavar has written down will initiate with the word 'Thaaimai', that means motherhood. It is rendered by Bombay Jayashri and wouldn’t be a surprise if it becomes an instant hit on charts. The lyricist has been writing songs for Kollywood movies since the early days of MGR. One of his epic works can be experienced in the songs of Makkal Thilagam's hit flick 'Kudiyirundha Koil'.

It is well known that melody for the film is given by young talent G.V. Prakash Kumar, which makes the flick, to be his 50th project as the music composer. Vijay starrer ‘Theri’ is all set to hit cinemas worldwide next month on April 14. The movie is being directed by Atlee and produced under the banner of V. Creations.
