Vidyu Raman Joins Thala 56 Cast

Another addition to the cast of Thala 56 starring Ajith Kumar, will be Vidyu Raman. She is known for her roles in movies like Malani 22 Palayamkottai, Jilla and Veeram. She is already familiar with the team as they have worked together before on Veeram.

According to behindwoods, Vidyu said, “I am very happy for having received this opportunity yet again. I play a small character that comes in the flashback during the second half of the film”. The shooting for the film is going on with full force and will be completed soon. According to the recent reports, Ajith and Shruti Haasan are expected to visit different locations to shoot for two songs.

Directed by Siruthai Siva, the film is eyeing a Diwali release. Along with Ajith and Shruti, the cast includes Lakshmi Menon, Ashwin, Soori, Rahul Dev and Kabir Duhan Singh, along with others. Thala 56 is produced by AM Rathnam.
