Vijay 62 To Go On Floors This Year?

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is presently shooting for his 61st film, helmed by Atlee. Rumours about his next film have already started doing rounds. Speculations are rife that he will collaborate with AR Murugadoss. However, this will be Ilayathalapathy and Murugadoss’s third project together after blockbuster Thuppakki and Kaththi.

Earlier, we heard that AR Murugadoss had officially collaborated with Lyca’s Raju Mahalingam. During an interview with the Deccan Chronicle, Raju about Vijay being a part of the film said, “It’s all in process.” If reports are anything to go by, Vijay has given his commitments for the project and the film will be launched by the end of this year.

The pre-production work has yet not started because Murugadoss and Vijay are busy with their current projects. The work on this project will start once Murugadoss completes the shoot of his film with Mahesh Babu. If the film goes on floors as scheduled, it will be a Diwali 2018 treat.
