Vijay Sethupathi Shoots For 'Rekka' Despite Leg Injury

Vijay Sethupathi is basking in the super success of his last venture ‘Dharma Durai’. The team of the film planned a success meet and the actor attended the event. Everybody at the meet was shocked to see him sporting a kneecap.

A source close to the Naanum Rowdy Dhaan actor revealed that he injured his leg at the sets of his next with K.V. Anand. He said, "Vijay Sethupathi hurt his leg at the shooting spot of KV Anand's film, right when the first schedule was about to get over (in the first week of August). While it was minor injury, it got aggravated when he was playing with his kids, and the actor was suggested to not strain his leg further”.

Reportedly, he shot a song for his upcoming film ‘Rekka’ despite the injury. The film is gaining hype and is one of the much awaited films of this year. The director of the flick Rathina Shiva talked about the storyline of the movie and shared that film revolves around a guy who commits a mistake in his youth, which creates a blunder in his life. He later gets an opportunity to make things right. The audiences will have to watch the film to find out how the story unfolds.
