Vikram Kumar Talks About Possibility Of Prequel Of ‘24’

Suriya’s ‘24’ is doing phenomenal business in India and overseas as well. Recently it was reported that the film’s editor has confirmed the sequel of Vikram Kumar directorial. Now, it is being said that it may also have a prequel.

While talking with a leading daily, director Vikram Kumar talked about the possibilities of the science fiction thriller film. He said, "There's scope to work on a prequel. Audiences would like to know about the back-story of the twin brothers - Athreya and Sethuraman - played by Suriya in '24'. We could establish their story in the prequel".

He further said that he won’t immediately start working on the prequel as he has got two major projects in Tollywood. The director has teamed up with Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu for his next two ventures. After wrapping up these two films, he may start working on the prequel. Hopefully, we will get to see both the prequel, as well as the sequel.
