Filmmaker Vetrimaaran is credited for some out of the box flicks. He has been awarded National awards for his films like ‘Visaranai’, ‘Kaaka Muttai’ and ‘Aadukalam’. The 41-year-old filmmaker has one more flick on his mind.

He is likely to start a new project soon. As per the reports, Vetrimaaran has roped in a leading singer for this flick. Young singer and composer G. V. Prakash Kumar has been approached by the filmmaker for his forthcoming project.

G. V. Prakash Kumar is signing multiple projects these days. He recently signed a project with Ravi Arasu of ‘Eeti’ fame. Now, he has been booked for Vetrimaaran’s next. Vetrimaaran was filming for ‘Vada Chennai’ with Dhanush, but the film has been shelved as the actor is busy with some other work. So, the filmmaker is planning to work on some other entertainer by the time Dhanush finishes his other commitments.
