Yaanum Theeyavan to be Based on True Incidents

Suspense thrillers are common in Kollywood industry but it is very rare that these thrillers are inspired from true incidents. One such rare film is Yaanum Theeyavan, which highlights many interesting true events. The film, which stars Ashwin Zenev and Varsha,  is helmed by Prashanth.

Talking of the film, the director told TOI, “The entire film has been shot in and around Chrompet and Nungambakkam. Almost every scene in the film is based on some true incident or the other. Even though it is a suspense-thriller, it also has many romantic scenes”.

He continued, “Debutant Ashwin Zenev is playing the lead in the film, and choreographer Raju Sundaram is playing a pivotal role, too. Music of the film has been composed by Achu of Urumeen fame, and Varsha is playing the female lead”.
