Yenru Thaniyum, A Story Of Truths

The Bharathi Krishnakumar directorial has been garnering great attention and has a number of reasons to fall under the unique category. One such reason is that all the actors in Yenru Thaniyum do not wear any make up and no hairstyling has been done. To top it all, no ambient light was used and most of the movie has been shot in the sunlight.

Bharathi Krishnakumar confirmed the news to City Express by saying, “None of the actors in my film have used any make up. No hair styling was done either”. He added, “Except for one or two scenes, the entire film was shot with only sunlight. Apart from this, all artistes dubbed in their own voices for their characters”.

“I would like to describe my film as one that is not about a true story. Rather, I would like to define it as a story of truths. It is a film against brutal caste killings”, continued Bharathi. Character artist Mayilsamy's son Yuvan Mayilsamy will be making his debut as a hero with Yenru Thaniyum. Actors Chandana, Rajesh Balachandran and Jeevitha will also be seen in the lead role. The music will be scored by Prabhakar and cinematography will be done by SP Mani.
