Akanksha Singh: I Am A Quick Learner

Akanksha Singh, who made her debut in Telugu cinema with Gowtam Tinnanuri directorial 'Malli Raava', has signed a new multi-starrer film. This upcoming movie is directed by Sriram Adittya. The actress has done a number of television shows like ' Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha ', 'Savdhaan India' and 'Nach Baliye 7'. 

Akanksha will be seen as Nagarjuna’s love interest in this movie. Talking about how she landed the project, Akanksha shares, “I had auditioned for the part and mouthed a few lines in Telugu. Then, I was told that I was on board". She says that her debut film helped her to learn the language. “Having worked in a Telugu film earlier, I am familiar with the language. I can pick up my lines and emote the right expressions. People on the sets were shocked to see me pick up Telugu so quickly", she said.

She added that she knew Nagarjuna before. “When I was working for my debut film Malli Raava with Sumanth, I came to know that he and Nag sir are relatives. He’s a superstar and now I look forward to shooting with him”. Moreover, the actress was also seen in Bollywood’s romantic entertainer ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’.
