Another Period Drama For Balakrishna On The Cards?

Nandamuri Balakrishna basked in the glory of his latest Telugu period drama Gautamiputra Satakarni where he played Telugu warrior Satakarani. The movie was Balakrishna's 100th film. Gautami Putra Satakarni created a sensation at the box-office. Gautamiputra Satakarni not only garnered applause from the critics but also did a splendid business at the box office. The film also turned out to be the highest grosser in the career of Balayya.

The actor is so much impressed with the Krish’s directorial that he is planning another period drama. Reportedly, Balayya is working on another Telugu legend, Sastry Garu, who is a mathematician and hails from Godavari district. Garu influenced the German economists of his time in framing the financial policy. 

Gossip mills are churning out rumours that the actor got to know about the mathematician when he visited to Deutsches Historisches Museum. He found the details about Garu in German Historical Museum among other legendary world leaders like Hitler and Lenin. However, an official announcement is still awaited.
