Anushka Shetty’s 2016 Is Quite Exciting

Anushka Shetty has shown her prowess as an actor in films like ‘Rudhramadevi’ and ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’. The actress will be seen in three projects this year with one of them being ‘Bhagamathi’ which will be directed by Ashok. The actress will be playing an Islamic queen in the movie.

Bhagamathi brings to light, the history of Hyderabad and the project was launched today. Reports have stated that the actress has also been roped in for the Nagarjuna-Raghavendra Rao project which has been titled ‘Hathiram Baba’. Here, she will portray a deity, making it a unique experience for the actress.

Her third project is the sequel to ‘Baahubali: The Begining’ which is being directed by S. S. Rajamouli. She will be the Queen of Mahishmathi kingdom in ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. The movie will be released in April next year. Anushka seems to have cracked the code for getting good and unique roles in the industry.
