Baahubali 2 Rakes In Over $3 million In Pre-Sales In US

And the wait is over! The much awaited film of the year, Baahubali: The Conclusion, is finally releasing today and its pre-sales business at the North America has taken the box-office by storm. Surely, the makers and marketing team of the flick are more than happy about it.

The S.S. Rajamoulis ‘s directorial, Baahubali:The Beginning, raked in over $3 million at the US box office and the sequel overtook its earlier earnings. As per a statement by the Great India Films which is distributing Baahubali:The Conclusion in North America, “We are proud to announce that advance ticket sales have already eclipsed the highest-grossing Indian film (of any language) on opening day. We have passed $3 million in pre-sales and are adding almost $100,000 to the total every hour. This is the highest for an Indian film in advance ticket sales”.

While Baahubali 2 is releasing in over 8000 theatres in India, it is releasing in over 1,100 screens in the United States. Seems like, the sequel of the magnum opus will break the records of its earlier part. The movie features Prabhas, Rana, Tamanah, Anushka, Ramya Krishna in pivotal roles.
