Baahubali 2 Releasing End Of This Year?

Baahubali: The Begining was released on July 10 last year and went on to become the highest grossing South Indian film. The sequel to the blockbuster, Baahubali: The Conclusion might be releasing by the end of this year as planned. It was suspected that the movie might be pushed back as the cast and crew had taken a four month hiatus after the first film.

According to a source from the film’s shoot in Kerala, “Unlike what is being reported in the media, Baahubali’s shooting has been progressing smoothly. In fact, the shooting may be completed even before the tentative deadline that Rajamouli sir had initially set. If all goes according to plan and if there are no technical issues with the VFX, the film could hit screens later this year”.

The source went on to say, “Considering the phenomenal success of the first part, there is naturally a lot of anticipation for Baahubali 2. One thing is for sure, the film will not be released in a hushed manner. Rajamouli sir was clear from the start that until he’s completely satisfied with the final output, the film will not release. So there’s a good chance (of the film being postponed), but as of now it’s on track for an year-end release”.
