Balakrishna’s Next To Be Launched On April 8

Balakrishna confirmed his 100^th film on the first birthday of his grandson. The Dictator actor has collaborated with director Krish for his next. He will be playing the historic character of Gautamiputra Satakarni, an emperor who ruled Amaravati during 2nd century, in the historical-drama.

According to reports, the makers are planning to launch the flick on April 8, on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi. The team will start the regular shooting from April 22. The director will be jointly bankrolling the mega budgeted venture with one of his friends.

Reports suggest that Taraka Ratna has been roped in by director for the film. The actor will be seen playing one of the villains in the yet-to-be titled film. Recently, Nara Rohit also expressed his wish of starring in Balakrishna’s prestigious project, however, no confirmation has been made regarding his involvement in the film.  The Legend actor, who is sporting a groomed moustache these days for his look in the film, is pretty confident about his 100^th film and recently said that the movie will surely bag an Oscar.
