Chennai Rains: Siddharth Leads Relief Efforts

Several Tollywood celebrities have donated money and have helped the ones affected by incessant rains of Chennai. If there is one actor who is working relentlessly for the cause then it is Siddharth. All his tweets, from past quite some days reflect the efforts that the actor is putting in.

Siddharth is working along with an NGO to help the ones in need. Hash tag titled #ChennaiMicro has been started by him in order to bring in the supplies. Further, a bank account, which is titled Chennai Micro Fund has also been created in order to raise money for the ones who are suffering.

Interestingly, the actor himself has been affected by the floods recently. He had even posted a picture of his home submerged in water on Twitter. He wrote, “Bathrooms submerged. Water coming out of the drains. I am an affluent actor. This is my house. Imagine the rest of TN (sic)”.
