    Chiranjeevi’s 150th Movie Offered Rs. 12 Crore For Overseas Distribution Rights

    As Kabali showed the way that the regional movies too can make it big at international forum, several overseas distributors are eyeing for Chiranjeevi’s landmark 150th movie. Interestingly, it will be his first movie in the gap of eight years and is produced by his son Ram Charan.

    Recent report suggests, V. V. Vinayak film is getting an offer of Rs. 12 crore for overseas distribution rights. With much has to do with the movie being veteran’s record number flick, however, the team refused the offer as it is expecting better proposal will come by during the closing stages of the film.

    Reportedly, filmmakers are expecting nothing less than Rs. 15 crore for the rights. Chiranjeevi’s movie will be a Telugu remake of Vijay starrer ‘Kaththi’, which has been criticised by Kondandarami Reddy and writer Chinni Krishna, reasoning that the Mega Star should have gone for commercial rather than a subject film.
