Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone thanked Mahesh Babu on Twitter yesterday. Many people don’t know why the actress thanked the Aagadu actor. Here is why Deepika thanked Mahesh Babu.

Reportedly, in a recent interview the Srimanthudu actor revealed that Deepika is her favourite actress. He said, "My all time favourite actress was Sridevi but now it's Deepika Padukone. Deepika is brilliant. I was stunned by her as an actress in Piku. She is obviously beautiful, but when can also act well, it’s a lethal combination".

Reports suggest that he also called up Deepika and praised her for her performance in her recent release ‘Tamasha’. Earlier the Happy New Year actress revealed that Mahesh Babu is her favourite actor in Tollywood. She also added that she would like to work with the 1: Nenokkadine actor. However, no such project is on cards currently. But the fans of both the actors would love to see them together on the big screen soon.
