Deva Kaushik Katta Makes Big Revelation

Indian-American filmmaker Deva Kaushik Katta is famous for his contribution predominantly in Telugu cinema. Recently, the director made an announcement on Twitter. Deva revealed that he will venture into a media company with a significant purpose.

In one of his tweets, the director wrote on the microblogging site, “apart frm wrting, been dvloping a media company for d last 1 year to bcome self-reliant in making prgressive/cmmercially viable films”. He also wrote in another tweet, “Our company is collaborating with a leading corporate in the evolving market....will share official details in few weeks”. The Autonagar Surya maker’s efforts may set a good precedent in a rapidly changing entertainment scenario.

Katta has won the Filmfare South Critics Award for Best film and Nandi Award for Best Feature Film (Bronze) in 2010. He made his debut as a successful writer and director with the romantic comedy flick ‘Vennela’. The 2005 movie was set against Indian students in America and starred Raja, Parvati Melton, Sharwanand and Ravi Varma.
