Filmmaker Sandeep Vanga Talks About His Upcoming Flick 'Arjun Reddy'

Filmmaker Sandeep Vanga is all set to release his upcoming movie titled as ‘Arjun Reddy’. The movie has raked in a mammoth amount of attention through its teaser and trailer. The filmmaker revealed that he roped in the lead actor Vijay Devarakonda before the actor rose to fame with the success of Pelli Choopulu.

The filmmaker was quoted as saying, “When I signed him on, many expressed apprehension as to why I was casting someone who wasn’t a well-known face. In fact, some even suggested that I was wasting our money, but I know how much he has brought to the table; in fact, he has owned Arjun Reddy in many ways”.

The auteur also revealed that the movie is receiving excessive attention because of its explicit content, which includes cuss words. ‘Arjun Reddy’ has been given ‘A’ certificate by the censor board. Regarding the storyline of the movie, Vanga was quoted as saying, “This is the story of a guy with anger management issues falling in love”.
